Muffin Top?

 OK, so who has or had this issue with the spare tire/muffin top? Did you know that you can get rid of this thing that plagues so many people? I had this and couldn’t understand why. I was chunky, but I had been since I went through chemotherapy and lost some weight thereafter. All of a sudden within a few months, I had this spare tire around my waist. I was like, WTF? Where did this come from?
Well folks, here is the harsh reality and truth, it’s from HFCS (high fructose corn syrup). Someone told me that is what was causing this issue. I removed it completely from my diet from what I ate to drank and within a month, the top was gone**. I was still overweight and my weight didn’t really change, but that thing was gone. I also went a step further to remove sucralose, maltose, maltodextrin and soy from my diet. As many of you know, I have been transforming my body for over a year through an amazing meal plan and exercise regimen. I don’t expect anyone else to do what I do***, but if you want to lose that muffin top, get rid of the HFCS. Oh, and this will include no more soda, most breads and ketchup to name a few.
